Number of attempts at burrowing in relation to the sediment composition (mean±SE; n=6). Sediment composition varies between treatment groups from 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% fish feed. Control group’s sediment is 100% sand. Burrowing behavior was only observed in the control group.
