Four salinity levels were used; 0ppt, 15ppt, 30ppt and 45ppt on
S.glomerata
(98mm ± 3mm). Each oyster was fed 1ml of an algae mix of
25% Nanno 3600, 25% Iso 1800, 25% Pavlova1800 and 25% TW1200. Optical density readings were taken at time 0 and after 3 hours.
