The map shows the distribution of Cerapus nudus. The orange circles represent where the specimens were found. The holotype was found at Lizard Island in North Queensland. The other specimens were found at Manly Habour on a settlement plate. The orange square represents the hypothesised distribution of the species along the Queensland coast.
