Reconstructed Neighbor-joining tree of 65 species of Philinoidea.

The Neighbor-joining (NJ) tree was produced using R package phangorn on multiple sequence alignment computed by ClustalW2. The parsimony score (p-score) = 1377. The colors of the branches represent each family. Blue = Aglajidae, Red = Alacuppidae, Magenta = Gastropteridae, Black = Lanoidea, Orange = Philinidae, Brown = Philinoglossidae, and Purple = Scaphandridae. The tree annotation was done with FigTree v1.4.4.
