The majority of the content found on this webpage has been adapted from Invertebrate Zoology. A functional Evolutionary Approach (Ruppert et al., 2004), however, a full reference list can be found under References. 

All videos and photographs were taken by myself during my time on Heron Island, September2013, unless otherwise stated. The majority of these were taken using a digital microscope. Full zooid or colony photos were taken using a digital camera, either a borrowed class macro-lens camera or a personal camera.
