Biogeographic distribution

Kamptozoans are found in all over the world, in marine and coastal areas. There are two species that are a little more specific by being the only living o fresh water ecosystems and they are Urnatella gracilis, found in rivers in every continent with exception of Antarctica, and Loxosomatoides sirindhorne found in rivers in Thailand.
The Pedicellinidae is well distributed, and the one found on the class was living in the Coral Reef zone, where a great variety of Endoprocts can be found as well.
