External Morphology
Features of shell and size
Smooth and firm hard shell, medium to large (Height up to 53 mm and length up to 55 mm), it is subcircular.
Sculpture low radial ribs of variable width, anterior and posterior margins are narrower and central part of shell are often sparse.
Ribs crossed by numerous fine and sometimes streams of commarginal lamellae are found to reconnect.
Anterior and posterior dorsal areas are raised to reflect a finely nodular sculpture.
Colors
White with umbonal areas tinged dark pink
Shape
It comes with a short crescent-shape, or heart shaped, deeply impressed and asymmetrical.
